Job Description
Work as Home Manager of a beautiful residential care home in Southport. The service is fully compliant with the CQC and is decorated to a high standard with the potential to become an Outstanding rated care home. This opening is due to the current manager retiring and presents unlimited scope for an exceptional Registered Manager to deliver a truly outstanding level of care to residents in a state-of-the-art service. The Home provides residential care for 40 elderly service users, some of whom have dementia care needs. A snapshot of the Home Manager starting package is: * £38,000 - £42,000pa base salary * Flexible working hours * 8% Pension (4% employer / 4% employee) * Extensive career progression opportunities Criteria for this new opportunity: * An experienced Registered Manager * Good track record of CQC compliance * Can manage large teams effectively * Strong organisation and planning skills * Strong business acumen and commercial understanding of running an elderly care service You will be working for an organisation with an excellent reputation in the care industry.
