Job Description
Work as a Registered Home Manager for a highly respected private healthcare organisation with a portfolio of 20 services across the North West and Lancashire. You will be managing a nursing home for elderly residents with nursing and dementia needs, based in Southport, Merseyside and rated Good in all areas by CQC. As a Registered Manager * Work for a family run care group with a passion for providing quality residential and nursing care * Join a company with 30 years' experience who pride themselves on providing a happy, welcoming atmosphere in all their homes * Managing and developing high quality services for all users * Managing and guiding all staff and departments within the home * Proactively ensuring a culture of care and continuous improvement * Actively being involved with staff, residents, and their families to develop a centre of excellence * Ensuring high standards of nursing care, following CQC and NMC guidelines * Ensuing the overall smooth and efficient running of the home About you * You will be a Registered Nurse RGN, RMN, with a current PIN * Experienced leading, motivating, managing, and developing staff as a Manager * Have a clear understanding of leadership and safety responsibilities in health and social care * Passionate about delivering quality care * You will be well organised and able to work on your own initiative Package for Registered Manager * Competitive salary of circa £45,000 * £4000 performance related bonus * Support with continuous professional development * Ongoing training * Workplace Pension If you are a Registered Home Manager or Deputy looking for a new challenge in Southport and would like further details, please click apply for more information.
