DESCRIPTION - Head of Customer Success Currently recruiting in London My client a leading FinTech player and offers a unique cashflow management solution to help SMEs thrive. They are in an exciting growth phase and are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who want to make a difference and help disrupt the status quo. As a Head of Customer Success, you will help the CS team to build a strategic direction, roll up your sleeves to execute on it, and be empowered to scale the entire function. You will be key in managing relationships with customers, and helping to create a scalable support strategy. Key Accountabilities of the Head of Customer Success • Lead the Customer Success function by training, engaging and developing your team • Build and implement processes to maintain high customer satisfactions and minimise churn • Monitor customers KPIs to drive the usage of our products • Create internal goals and set up your team for success • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the customer lifecycle, and ensure they are addressed promptly; The skills you'll need as a Head of Customer Success • Must have FinTech/Financial services experience Experience scaling a customer success function, including scaling processes and structures to match growth • Ideally, experience in team management • Have a customer focused mindset, putting customer experience first in every action you take • Are a strategic, self-driven thinker with the ability to shape and implement processes on a global scale Benefits for the Head of Customer Success Competitive salary 25 days holiday and extra day off for your birthday Bonus pool participation Healthcare Team lunches Perkbox Great location for shopping and afterwork Please contact Amanda Brown CRS for more information
