Overview
Your new role Are you either a Paraplanner seeking a move into a financial planning role, or a Financial Advisor who is still in the early stages of your career and looking for position where all clients are provided? If so, this could be your next move. Based in central Birmingham, this is a traditional financial planning firm with a difference. You will provide advice across all areas, but also specialise within a niche area working on high value cases. There will be no targets year one, as you will work very closely with the firms top performing Advisor who currently has £150m FUM. The firm will mentor you to become a confident, knowledgeable and successful Advisor. My client has a low to non-existent turnover of staff, due to having a genuine interest your short, medium and long-term career interests. All clients will be provided, along with full back office and paraplanning support. You will be remunerated with a base salary between £50,000 - £60,000, plus £5,000 car allowance, 30% bonus, pension and benefits. Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
