Overview
International accountancy firm looking for an administrator from Professional Services background. Client Details The Client is a Birmingham based accountancy firm with offices internationally Description This role will be to assist all members of the Birmingham tax team. Duties include: Getting involved with InTapp for Birmingham Tax, helping with client on boarding and digitising the on boarding platform Billing requests/finance Preparing adhoc letters ie engagement letters/disengagement letters. Maintaining the reporting systems ie updating FMS/RMS (SWITCH) for lost clients/ex-employees etc/change of address/contact details. dealing with Travel requests Running the tax meeting planner Assisting with expenses Be a backup for secretarial duties, ie preparing reports, booking meetings, slide preparation, printing, etc. Profile The ideal Administrator will possess the following qualities: Organised with great time management skills Preferably from a Professional Services background Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of relevant software Tact and discretion Administrative and Secretarial experience Job Offer An annual salary between £17,500 and £19,700 depending on experience 25 days holiday Access to a personal pension scheme Life assurance cover Enjoy discounts off cinemas, dining, and gyms
