Overview

• Administration of framework and customer reporting in accordance with contracts or when requested • Coordination and communication of customer pricing requests • Review of framework and tender efficiency • Administration of customer and pricing portals, including Multiquote, GHX, Edge4Health • Manage and update tender, framework and pricing policy, procedure and processes in accordance with quality requirements • Report objective and KPI performance to management review and business meetings as required • Manage and update pricing, discount and offer records in accordance with quality requirements • Report objective and KPI performance to management review and business meetings as required • Communicate relevant business tender, framework and pricing information to required business colleagues • Attend commercial partner meetings as required • Identify and demonstrate best practice and continual improvement in Tender, framework and pricing process management • First line contact for commercial partners - i.e. NHS Supply Chain, NHS Shared Business Services • Oversee and administrate commercial projects with these partners - i.e. Multiple Trust Aggregations, Special Offers • Manage and administer frameworks - adding new products, price changes etc • Identify OJEU notices for new frameworks and tenders and notify relevant internal colleagues accordingly • Manage and organise tender and framework submissions, ensuring all internal colleagues are clear on their responsibilities and that all deadlines are met • Manage and update applicable processes, procedures and documents, and maintain record retention in accordance with ISO 13485. • Support Sales and Marketing Director, Operations Director and National Sales Manager in ensuring ongoing positive relationship with commercial partners • Participate in sales, operational and tender meetings as required, providing appropriate information and feedback. • Monitor various sources, apply where necessary, complete pre-qualification questionnaires and follow up on documentation including recording on the tender’s database. • Keep abreast of regulations and report on fundamental changes and impacts • Maintain documentation and provide support for all NHS and Private hospital group discount arrangements, pricing contracts, Managed Service contracts, etc.
