Overview
A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, is looking for a Real Estate/Projects paralegal. The role is permanent. The role will involve providing strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own caseload. Duties include drafting reports on title and statutory agreements, undertaking property registration formalities, completing SDLT returns, research, invoicing, and general paralegal and administrative duties. Applicants must have a solid academic background, including a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and the LPC, and exemplary IT and Communication skills. You must have the ability and confidence to work independently.
