Overview
Our Client, a social housing repairs and maintenance contractor, are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team in London. The role will consist of completing property inspections, Colour choice and white goods surveys, ensuring tenants are up to date with all work being carried out and dealing with any quires the residents may have. The selected candidate will need experience in social housing and dealing with residents with regards to maintenance issues. This will be a static role. This is an ongoing position, with the hours of work being 08:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday. This is an immediate requirement with the successful candidate due to start ASAP.
