Overview
Our Client, a social housing repairs and maintenance contractor, are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team in South London. The role will consist of taking inbound calls from residents of social housing and dealing with any complaints they may have, you will be working directly alongside the Complaints Manager. The selected candidate will need experience in social housing and dealing with residents with regards to maintenance issues. This will be a static role. This is an ongoing position, with the hours of work being 08:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday. This is an immediate requirement with the successful candidate due to start ASAP.
