We are now inviting application for our position of Senior Accountant . Key Responsibilities: Support our Finance Manager in the following areas: - Review financial package prepared by external accounting service providers - Monitor financial performance of portfolio companies - Review cash balance regularly and support payment at the bank - Assist the financial due diligence and tax due diligence on acquisition and disposal of share deal and asset deal - Manage annual audit, tax filing and loan compliance - Manage treasury process and effect payments/disbursements - Be responsible for any other additional related duties as and when assigned Requirements: - Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines - CPA and member of major professional accounting bodies - 3-5 years working experience in Financial industry is preferable - Big 4 audit training is preferred - Hard-working, efficient and motivated by results - Good command of written and spoken English and preferably Chinese - Excellent communicator, with both internal and external colleagues at all levels - Good computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint Interested parties, please send a full CV with current / expected salary and earliest available date by email to Human Resources Department.
