Overview

One of the UK's leading companies specialising in lead generation in the software and IT industry has an exciting opportunity for a talented PA / Office Administrator to join their team based in Oadby, Leicester. By using their own tried and tested combined telemarketing and email marketing formula, they help their clients generate new qualified leads and opportunities in a more cost-effective and productive way. Due to growth, they are looking for an energetic and ambitious individual to join their team as a PA to the Director of the company and Office Administrator to the Business Development team. You will be required to maintain and manage all information in their database, ensuring all communication activities are entered into the system, and information is up to date and accurate at all times. Responsibilities: Taking incoming calls and transferring to the correct person or taking messages Setting up rooms for business meetings to include tea and coffee rounds, welcoming guests and clearing up Supporting the Business Development Team with administration duties to include updating multiple reports daily Booking meetings and conference calls for the Director Researching travel bookings Weekly office shopping Arranging company events Creating / updating office documents Making sure all key company documents have been updated Attending events and meetings across the UK with the Director and minute taking Personal requests for Director (getting lunch daily etc) Expenses Ad hoc administration duties Hours of work: The hours of work will vary, and the ideal candidate will need to have the flexibility to work around the Director's schedule. Hours of work will typically be: Monday to Thursday, 8.40am - 6pm Friday, 8.40am - 7pm Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence Must live in Leicester 2 years' experience in a previous, office admin or PA role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills An inherent ability to manage multiple parallel processes and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement Outgoing personality with the ability to reach prospects and create compelling conversations with executive-level contacts Ability to stay focused and meet the challenges of a dynamic environment Strong desire to succeed - tenacious, persistent and goal-oriented Target-driven individual who can work individually and in a fun team environment Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Benefits: Pension, 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, Company outings Sounds interesting?
