Overview
Well established IFA firm specialising in providing financial advice to white collar professionals, looking for a Junior Paraplanner to join their well-established team, fantastic progression opportunities, study support provided, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking, 6% company pension contribution, flexible working hours. Duties will include but will not be limited to; Managing diaries and booking appointments for the Sales Director Preparation of new business packs Carrying out research Creating protection and structure product reports Liaison with Administrators in respect of new business applications, pipeline management and new business tracking Progressing business applications through to completion (except protection cases) Record keeping and audit trail management Filing and retrieving information and documents Carrying out servicing requests for clients Liaising and working with internal and external third parties including clients, Paraplanners, Advisers and product providers File creation and maintenance Gathering information to prepare quotes for clients Ensuring all information passed to the Financial Advisers meets the FCA guidelines Successful candidates will have worked in a similar role, industry related qualifications would be desirable but not essential.
