Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well established award winning local Edinburgh Developer, projects they have previously completed include Luxury flats, Barn Conversions, Bespoke Houses, They are currently working on a new build high end flatted development, and have a vast amount of projects in the pipeline including student accommodation, further flatted developments and D&B Housing. All there projects are local Edinburgh city centre, they have a knowledgeable team and have planes to grow steadily with the right people. Duties will include: - Seeing projects through from inception to completion - Cost Planning & working to a budget - Selection and appointing of sub-contractors - Account Meetings - Site visits as required Its a great time to get involved with this company because of the potential for growth within it, the exciting projects they work on and the very attractive package.
