Quantity Surveyor | Edinburgh | £35000 - 45000 Your new company A well known consultancy who provide various high-end surveying services to the built environment, they are well known within both the public and private sector and have been responsible for the delivery of well known projects across Scotland. They are a market leading company with a superb track record for Quantity Surveying & Project Management. Your new role You will have responsibility for your own projects with full autonomy to use your technical ability to provide the best service for your clients. You will be part of an experienced team and assist junior surveyors with their development and professional qualifications. The role will allow you progress to the next level within a short period of time providing the key KPIs are met. What you'll need to succeed Experience working for a consultancy or currently in a client-side role, a QS degree and professional membership with the RICS or CIOB, a mixture of health, education, retail, leisure, infrastructure & residential would all be beneficial but not essential. Full technical experience is expected at this level and will be discussed at interview stage.
