Quantity Surveying Opportunity Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveyor opportunity with market leading consultancy 35k-45k car Your new company A small sized but very impressive company with a presence in Edinburgh, London and Cardiff. They also have a presence across mainland Europe with offices in Berlin, Dusseldorf and Paris. Your new company operates within a vast amount of sectors and works with some of the largest clients in each of the private, public and utility sectors. Your new role Your new role will provide you with a fantastic platform to progress your career to the next stage working in some very interesting refurbishment and development projects across the UK within the commercial, hospitality and retail sectors. As a result your projects being spread across the UK you will be working from the London and Cardiff offices from time to time allowing you a fantastic opportunity to grow your personal network within the industry. What you'll need to succeed You must have a desire to work hard and produce high quality results. It is not essential to be RICS qualified, however, you must be at least working towards its completion. A few years quality experience within the industry with exposure large projects is essential as well as being flexible to working in the London and Cardiff offices. What you'll get in return A 35K-45K salary with car allowance on top. Out with remuneration you will have a chance to work on highly complex and exhilarating projects across the UK.
