Overview

The purpose of the position is to provide an excellent standard of service to our customers and improve customer satisfaction whilst actively seeking new customers and promoting our products with an overall goal to increase sales revenue. To provide administrative support to our customer service department and sales representatives. Duties and responsibilities include: Answering calls and dealing with general queries. CRM account administration and following up potential sales with customers. Various administrative duties. Ensuring accuracy of customer records. Other Ad Hoc duties as required Skills & experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided: Highly organised. Ability to multitask. Accurate with great attention to detail. Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills. Previous telesales or customer service experience would be preferred but not essential. Part time 20 Hours per week £16,392 pro rata
