Overview
Creative Support are looking for a compassionate , positive and creative individual to join our supportive and dedicated team We would love to hear from people who have the genuine passion and drive to want to make a positive difference in people’s lives. We welcome people with a wide range of previous experience or no experience at all, as our superb training and induction process will give all successful applicants the best, appropriate level of support. The successful candidate will be supporting active and independent ladies with learning disabilities and a wide range of interests and goals. The ladies that use our first service have a variety of activities from, including beauty and craft days, shopping, music, going out visiting our local farm to feed the animals and get involved in the outdoor life, much more The people that use our services love trying out new things and engage in lots of activities and experiences. In our second service you will will be supporting two characterful and fun loving ladies at their beautiful and homely bungalow. The ladies that use our service enjoy a variety of activities from, shopping (especially handbags and afternoon tea), art therapy, listening to music, going out visiting different places and chatting the day away The ladies are very different and unique individuals, but are engaging and fun loving. If you think you would like to be a great addition to this energetic service, we would welcome you to apply No two days will be the same whilst supporting individuals with a learning disability in our modern and vibrant Supported Living Services in Sutton Farm and Meole Brace Shrewsbury. You will be enabling people to live fulfilling and independent lives at home and out in the community, achieving their own goals and aspirations for life and promoting their emotional well-being. As an integral member of the team you will also get involved with assisting people with day to day living duties, such as budgeting, shopping, supporting people with medication and any personal care they may require.
