Your new company: A global telecoms provider. Your new role: This is an exciting and fast-paced role in a 24/7 Network Operations Centre. Day-to-day responsibilities will include; Managing fault calls from both internal divisions and customers. Updating ticketing systems and customer documentation with fault history. Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to achieve speedy trouble resolution. Escalating issues where necessary. Carry out BAU tasks to a consistently high level. What you'll need to succeed: The ideal candidate should have; Working knowledge and proficiency working in Microsoft Suite. Knowledge and proficiency in maintaining and installing network infrastructure, Security, Server or Virtualization. Excellent customer service skills.
