Overview
The Fortune Group is recruiting for a NOC Analyst to join our Managed Service provider focusing on network support related trouble tickets. £20,000-£30,000 dependant on experience Main Duties and Responsibilities: Able to work Early/Late shift patterns (8.5 hours per day) Provide first class customer service to all stakeholders Provide 1st line IT support as required Call Ownership - Ticket Creation, Update, Closure Understanding of ITIL Service Management Understanding of IP Networking Troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of IT problems (could include being dispatched to a customer site) Troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of Router/switch/Firewall technologies Liaison with internal and external stakeholders Liaison with 3rd party suppliers Update documentation Call escalation Qualifications/Skills: Preferably Cisco CCNA qualified 2 years previous experience of working in a NOC Previous experience of working for a Managed Service Provider NOC Analyst- 1st Line Support Engineer - CCNA, and Wireless Technologies Please call or send me your CV for more information.
