Your new role You will be advising clients on primarily non - contentious data privacy work whilst working closely with the litigation team on pre - and post - contentious data breach and cyber-attacks. You will provide expert advice to clients to ensure their contractual, legal and technical operational systems are GDPR compliant. You will be preparing data transfer agreements and conducting privacy impact assessments. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a 5 - 7 PQE lawyer with extensive data privacy experience and GDPR programme exposure from a well-regarded city or regional firm. You will have previous experience in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments and preparing data transfer agreements as well as other data protection related tasks.
