Overview
Lead Occupational Health Advisor – Woking – FT - £45k OH331 We are working with a large OH Provider to source a Lead Occupational Health Advisor to work at a client site in Woking. Main duties of the role include: Case management. Fitness to work. Health surveillance. Training. Development and provision of a high profile and pro-active Occupational Health Service. Design and implement Health Promotion initiatives. Develop good working relationships and maintain effective communications with client’s managers. Provide OH employees with appropriate regular appraisals, ensuring training and development needs are identified and met. Requirements of the role: Registration with NMC Part 3 Experience in clinical supervision of team members. Experience delivering health surveillance activities and undertaking medicals. Confident IT skills. Able to demonstrate evidence of up to date clinical knowledge. Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday.
