Home Manager - Nursing Home Location: Outskirts of Farnborough, Surrey Salary: £70,000 - £75,0000 This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join an award-winning company that have a rare opportunity to join their management team at one of their fantastic, luxury homes near Farnborough, Surrey. The home is recognised for providing the highest levels of care to the residents. The home has a 5/5 good CQC and are looking to take this home to the next level and achieve Outstanding Could you be part of making this happen? As the Home Manager you will be managing all aspects of the home, identifying business opportunities and effectively managing budgets. You will take responsibility for the operating profit of the home. you will monitor and manage the performance of all staff; ensuring company and compliance standards are maintained and exceeded. What are we looking for: To be considered for this role you must be an experienced Home Manger and currently / recently managed a home with a Good or Outstanding CQC It would be advantageous if you have a live NMC PIN but this is not essential dependant on your experience.
