Looking to speak to strong Resident Engagement / Liaison Officers that has experience within social housing sector due to a big new contract starting in East London. This framework is a refurbishment of council properties - cyclical and planned works - installation of new doors, windows and roofs. As a first point of contact with residents you will be dealing with their complaints and queries both face to face and via phone or email. Desired RLO must be a very customer focused individual with great interpersonal skills, polite and calm under pressure, with experience within similar capacity working for a main contractor or a specialist contractor.
