Company: This is an opportunity to join an international market leading engineering and construction contractor that routinely generates profits in the billions by successful project delivery and operates in the: Tunnels, Highways, Dams, Bridges and Infrastructures sectors of engineering. This organisation is looking for a Project Engineer with pilling experience to work on one of their prestigious infrastructure projects that they have won in the value of £1.5bn. Job summary: The Project Engineer is responsible for all the technical and engineering aspects of the piling construction during the Early Works stage (12 months from contract start date). The Project Engineer supports and reports to the Early Works Construction Manager in all the elements related to constructability and supervision of the piling works. The Project Engineer supports and reports to the Design Manager on the design, production and management of the engineering input during construction for all elements of the works and fulfil the self-certification and assurance of the Works as per the Main Contract. Qualifications, Certifications & Experience required: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an Engineering or Construction related discipline Optimum experience 3 to 5 years experience in the Engineering and Construction sectors particularly in pilling or in similar works. Ideally with experience on medium / large size infrastructure projects on the documentation preparation programming and coordination of the physical site activities CSCS card holder. On offer to the successful Project Engineer (Piling) is a salary up to £50k, Travel Allowance (£4k plus), meal allowance, Pension, Healthcare and a generous holiday allowance.
