Role Overview As a 2 nd level Desktop Engineer you will working with the existing onsite team supporting our client with a requirement to visit London location on a weekly basis to resolve incidents assigned to the onsite team via the Service Desk Tool – ServiceNow. You will also liaise with the 1 st line and 3 rd line teams to improve documentation, and overall end user experience and escalations. Responsibilities: · General desk side support of users. · Process-focused · Very good technical understanding of current leading technologies, suppliers and industry terminology · Excellent Decision making, judgement, planning and organisation skills · Solid customer relations skills to understand client/client representatives concerns and requirements Skills/Knowledge: · Proficient in MS Office Suite, 2010, 2013, 2016, 0365 · Customer First Behaviour · Ability to audit machines from a customer perspective and if needed explain how new machines differ or function compared with old system.
