Role Overview As a 2nd level Desktop Engineer you will working with the existing onsite team supporting our client with a requirement to visit London location on a weekly basis to resolve incidents assigned to the onsite team via the Service Desk Tool - ServiceNow. You will also liaise with the 1st line and 3rd line teams to improve documentation, and overall end user experience and escalations. Responsibilities: General desk side support of users. Process-focused Very good technical understanding of current leading technologies, suppliers and industry terminology Excellent Decision making, judgement, planning and organisation skills Solid customer relations skills to understand client/client representatives concerns and requirements Skills/Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office Suite, 2010, 2013, 2016, 0365 Customer First Behaviour Ability to audit machines from a customer perspective and if needed explain how new machines differ or function compared with old system. Process-focused Excellent technical ability in one or more key virtual team areas Very good technical understanding of current leading technologies, suppliers and industry terminology
