Children's Support Worker - Night Shifts - Kidderminster - £9.77 - £11.00 Your new company We are looking for experienced Children's Support Workers to join our Hays Social Care Team. We will provide you with the opportunity to work on a temporary basis with fantastic clients based around Kidderminster. Your new role The role will require you to service a variety of children and young children in residential settings with a spectrum of complex needs such as, learning disabilities or emotional behavioural difficulties. Your professionalism along with your experience in similar environments will be essential in promoting and supporting day to day living skills and engagement in order to meet individual care plans, alongside other colleagues. Hays Social Care can provide you with a wide range of opportunities, allowing you to find shift patterns, locations and settings that suit you. What you'll need to succeed Our clients centre the Service Users at the core of what they do are therefore looking for people who will continue in the same breathe. You will need to have confidence and experience in working with children and young people in a similar capacity and/or a QCF Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People's Workforce. What you'll get in return You will be paid a competitive hourly rate which is paid out on a weekly basis. We will ensure all your compliance, including training, is kept up to date free of charge. DBS will be provided if not on the update service, again free of charge. The nature of the work available also offers you flexibility around other commitments you may have.
