We are currently recruiting Casual Support Workers in the Kidderminster area! Casual Support Workers Salary : £9.77 per hour (inclusive of applicable allowances and entitlements) Hours : 07.30 " 15.00 & 14.30 " 22.00 Mon "Sun, bank holidays and weekends. May be needed to cover an occasional sleep-in. Location: Kidderminster Do you want to support your community? Looking for flexible working hours? About the role This service is a supported living scheme with 12 flats for adults with learning disabilities, autism and Asperger's who live independently. The role will include; supporting our customers with their daily living which includes shopping, household chores including laundry, support with cooking, attending appointments and chosen activities. There are some aspects of personal care. This is mostly support with bathing and showering as we encourage our customers to live as independently as possible. About the candidate We are looking for someone who has a bubbly personality and can be patient, understanding and sympathetic to our customer's needs and wishes. Applicants must be able to work on their own and as part of an established team.
