A newly created position, you will be responsible for both the strategic development, implemention of systems and processes to ensure objectives are delivered on time and within budget and most notably the maturation of the department towards migration to a SSC. You will be working closely with the Head of Operations (EMEA) to define the People Services strategy and ultimately deliver a world class employee experience. You will have to wear many hats, you will be used to that, its what you do… From the strategic to the hands-on, from the motivational to the finely honed ability to foster and maintain strong internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders across the globe… you have a chance to make a real difference and set knowledge management principles in line with their philosophy. You will have to know your stuff obviously. They are looking for a progressive generalist HR professional with proven management experience with a practical, consultative approach and extensive experience of leading and developing a team of HR professionals. You will be CIPD qualified with unbelievable personal and presentation skills and high professional standards for service and work quality. Oh and wow you will be a skilled relationship builder, decisive thinker, analytical, credible with the ability to collaborate, with proven experience of knowledge management, payroll management, managing budgets, and change initiatives.
