Due to exciting global growth, the organisation is currently seeking a qualified ACA or ACCA from a Big 4/Top 20 firm to undertake a Group Financial Planning & Reporting (FP&A) Analyst role. Supporting the Group Finance Manager and the Global CFO, your remit includes the delivery of group financial planning & reporting (FP&A) and group financial statutory & management reporting, analysis & compliance services in a multi-currency environment •Support in all aspects of Board MI/BI reporting, act as an all-round financial advisor to the group CFO, CEO and Group Finance Manager •Working closely with the Group Finance Manager & global regional finance teams to orchestrate group-wide financial planning & analysis, budgeting & forecasting alongside the management of group recharges across countries/regions •Assisting with the collation of monthly group reporting, consolidated accounts, taxation & treasury for global entities •Involvement in a variety of projects throughout the global business to improve efficiency & profitability •Analysis of monthly consolidated Balance Sheet & P&L •Supporting the preparation of monthly Group statutory consolidation including interest calculation, forex adjustments, impairment assessments & reserve reconciliations •Supporting group treasury & cash management including monitoring exposure to foreign currencies •Assisting with financial process improvements to enhance Group financial structure As a graduate recently qualified ACA or ACCA from a Big 4/Top 20 firm , you will demonstrate a track record of hands on financial, statutory & management reporting and compliance experience, evidence of managing multi-currency with international clients and commercial financial planning & analysis skills. The role demands strong accounting understanding with some technical ability, hands on Excel and IT skills and the capability to support the improvement of business/finance systems, internal controls and processes. The role demands a proactive, energetic attitude, excellent interpersonal and influencing ability and strong commercial flair.
