Overview

Our client are an award winning supplier of luxury brands and are actively seeking a permanent Group Contract Coordinator. As a Group Contract Coordinator you will be responsible for consistently providing high levels of customer service and technical support to a range of customers via fax, email and telephone from placement of order through to after sales support. You will be doing data input for the Projects Partners, order tracking, stock management and collaboration with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure deadlines are met every time. Included in your role is effective complaint resolution and other customer service and technical related issues. You will be proactive in keeping the customers informed of any issues and ensure these are rectified where possible to the customer's satisfaction. Working with a comprehensive and thorough understanding of process and procedures. Your key areas of responsibility will include: Processing order enquiries across all group brands Management of anticipated order, orders to place and official orders placed Ensuring that all orders are acknowledged and processed in line with departmental guidelines. Splitting and allocation of forecasted stock, maintenance of forecasted order tracker Works closely with Planning team to effectively manage stock availability Diary and task management using CRM and SAGE systems Build effective long term relationships with our customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding, expertise and commitment. Build effective and lasting customer relationships through the provision of high levels of service delivery, problem resolution and the empathetic management of customer expectations You will have proven experience of the following: Minimum of 1 years' experience within a Customer Service environment Excellent communication skills with confidence at communicating at all levels Self-motivated with a proactive approach and demonstrates a 'can do' attitude Ability to focus on solutions rather than problems Expresses passion and enthusiasm within the role Good MS Office skills Previous Customer Service experience within a Contracts/Bidding/Tenders environment would be advantageous Knowledge of working with residential developers, wholesaling or hotels and experience of communicating with external stakeholders such as architects/designers/contractors and the client within a contracts environment would be highly desirable. Understanding of timelines within the tender process and the ability to work within those timelines to deliver the customer requirements.
