Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a Litigation team based in Canary Wharf. The role is based in the Litigation department and specialises in civil matters including contractual disputes and money claims, landlord and tenant disputes and insolvency matters. The role will include a varied caseload which the successful candidate will be responsible for managing under the supervision of the Head of Litigation. The work will be carried out on both a fixed fee basis and at a chargeable rate. The successful candidate will be a bright and enthusiastic individual who has experience running a Civil Litigation caseload within a fee earning capacity. You should be driven and commercially minded with a proactive and team approach. 2 years’ experience in general civil law and commercial litigation is essential.
