Overview
Due to a successful year and to our expansion in 2020, we require a field service engineer to join our team. We are committed to providing a total grease management service to new and existing customers and we require a committed person to be able help to continue with our success. Field Service Engineers Responsibilities: - Working mainly on a solo basis, but on occasion (when required) a 2 man team maybe deployed - Travelling to customer sites you will be required to install and maintain our grease traps and be able to undertake some minor drainage and plumbing - Dealing with the onsite maintenance systems to update jobs - You may be required to carry out minor drainage related matters and carry out camera surveys in the customers drains - Ensure stock is maintained on the vans Field Service Engineers Requirements: - Experience in a grease management and / or a drainage background is essential, and you will be located in or around South London. - Travelling to our customer sites you will be required to install and maintain our grease traps and be able to undertake some minor drainage and plumbing. - You will hold a full clean UK driving licence up to 3.5 tonne. - Experience working with high pressure water jetting & CCTV surveys would be an advantage - You will have good customer service skills and be able to work on your own initiative. About Grease Guru Grease Guru are a team of highly experienced grease management experts working closely with some of the UK's top restaurants, pubs & hotels to provide a high end total grease management solution in most commercial kitchens where we service, repair and maintain grease traps. The specialist team at Grease Guru has over 20 years’ experience in the waste management industry and drainage industry. We have developed our own grease trap products. We provide a one-stop service to ensure our customers total compliance and peace of mind. Location: South London Job type: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week with some unsociable working hours due to the nature of the business. Salary: £27,000 to £31,200 overtime and call out Benefits: A 3-month probationary period. Holiday entitlement is 28 days per year including 8 bank holidays.
