Overview

Job Title: Administrator Salary: £18,000 Hours of Work: 9:00 - 5:30 Our client in Bracknell are looking for an Administrator to support their team. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate handling of customer documentation relating to finance proposals. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage inbound customer documentation Maintain CRM records to the accepted business standard Completing verbal delivery checks with customers Distribute accurate documentation to customers in a timely manner Communicate with customers promoting regular interactions Manage and develop dealer relationships Manage and develop funder relationships Provide prompt and accurate updates to the Account Management Teams Provide deal progression updates to the Sales Team Resolve any Funder queries relating to proposals prior to payout What We're Looking For: Excellent customer service skills Highly motivated individual Experience with CRM software, not essential Good communication skills High attention to detail Highly organised and methodical Strong team player with good organisation and planning skills Strong interpersonal skills Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
