Overview
Are you a payroll administrator looking for a new challenge? Are you local to Bracknell? Part-time working considered for the right candidate Responsibilities Develop systems to process payroll account transactions and maintain detail reconciliation to provide a clear audit trail (e.g. salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes and third party payments including pension, medical, child care vouchers and CIS) Coordinate all timekeeping and payroll systems Oversee processing of payroll changes Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits Maintain accurate records and prepare payroll models and reports Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions Process employee expenses and P11d What you will need to apply for the role Experience in a similar role Current knowledge of payroll laws Outstanding communication skills Numerical Hardworking and motivated Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines A willingness to adapt in an ever changing industry and fast paced finance team If you have payroll experience and are looking for a new, exciting role, please call and ask for Jess.
