Overview

Finance Business Partner £55,000 - £65,000 Milton Keynes Reed Finance are delighted to announce they are working with a large retail company located in the Milton Keynes area on a Financial Business Partner position. This role requires you to be CIMA/ ACCA or ACA qualified, with a minimum of 5 years accounting experience, preferably in retail or sales. Key Responsibilities; Delivering timely and accurate month end reports with full analysis for the key cost areas. Producing stock budgets/ forecasts, margins and level sales with the operations team. Partnering with senior operations team to produce monthly sales commentary for using in reporting and month end reviews. Providing store level salaries and wages, accounting budgets and forecasts. Collaborating with the senior team to explain comprehensively the reports you have produced and supporting them in using these performance metrics to drive cost and efficiency improvements. Complete ad hoc value adding analysis of sales performance, including reporting that includes implementing incentive schemes within the stores. Requirements; Qualified Accountant CIMA, ACCA, CIMA. 5 Years accounting experience. Business partnering skills with track record of driving down cost. Great attention to detail and able to present the critical performance drivers. Proficient in working across functions and levels of business.
