Heat Treatment Operator Lincoln £22,472 - £25,964 DOE Permanent OSR is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Manufacturing company based in Lincoln who are seeking an experienced Heat Treatment Operator. Key Features: Cleaning / preparation of parts Ensuring processed parts conform to drawing / specification Ensuring parts are processed in the allowed time Ensuring all documentation is accurate Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks as required Supporting other team-members as required Achieving Production / Arrears / Quality / Efficiency targets as identified by Production Management Loading / Unloading / Processing components to the correct standard Hardness checking Requirements: Essential Experience Can demonstrate good numeric skills Experience of/interest in engineering Working to detail Working to written specifications Desirable Experience Computer literate Experience of aerospace or similar related industry Used to working to targets Previous experience within a modern heat treatment environment Previous experience of Nadcap disciplines Benefits: Basic Salary - £19,54pa - £22,578pa DOE 37 Hours per week (3 Shift rotation) 25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays Generous Shift Premiums on top of basic salary (15%-25% depending on shift) Generous Overtime rates/incentives Pension Learning and Development opportunities If you are in possession of the above skills, apply now or send your CV to Heather at OSR Recruitment.
