Data and Analytics Coordinator - Good Work (Salesforce)

Overview

This role will be based in the Good Work project funded by National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund. The project aims to support people with physical and mental health conditions to secure employment using the Individual Placement Support (IPS), a "place then train" approach. Good Work is delivered in partnership with a number of NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups and Trusts to deliver ambitious models of integrated health and employment support. The Data and Analytics coordinator will work solely on Good Work and will be fully funded by ESF and NLCF. The post holder will: • Lead on data collection, validation and assurance across SYHA’s Work and Wellbeing services • Provide reporting and analysis to support good decision making • Support our teams to use of our Salesforce CRM (InForm) effectively • Support with administration of the Salesforce CRM • Champion the use of data and systems to improve outcomes for our customers and drive improvements in our services • Support the evaluation of our services and provide data as required by our commissioners and partners Are you passionate about the power of data to support people in the Sheffield City Region to live well and realise their potential?
