Senior Electrical Engineer | Cardiff | Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Company Car/Allowance Benefits Your new company This high performing M&E design focused building services consultancy works on industry leading projects based across the UK. You'll be joining their growing head office in Cardiff. They have a diverse 30 year history and a reputation of being a highly-innovative practice of consulting engineers. Within the office is a combination of engineers from consultancy and contractor backgrounds who specialise in the built environment. They work on a diverse portfolio of work with strengths in rail, residential, student accommodation, multi- use, hotels and restaurants. You'll be joining a growing team of 15 engineers, with the office experiencing 20% growth in turnover last year and has a strong, healthy order book until 2021. With this continued growth they're now seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their office. Your new role You'll join as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer of a busy MEP design team. You will design and specify electrical systems in building within the commercial sector, however, you could also work within the rail sector due to their other work. The company are willing to invest in your professional development and will pay for any CPD training which you wish to undertake. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you'll need to have experience within a building services consultancy or D&B contractor environment as an Electrical Engineer. You will be a highly ambitious engineer and will need to be comfortable representing the business in client meetings. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to represent a growing brand that has built a reputation for engineering excellence. You will have a demonstrated track record of working in commercial sectors.
