Overview
An exciting opportunity is now available for an outgoing CIMA/ACA qualified accountant within a fast moving service based business in there Birmingham based Head Office. The client is one of the fastest growing organisations within their field, with determined, enterprising owners who are now moving into the next stage of growth. This is a unique chance to join a youthful business that is really picking up steam, with no cap on your personal progression. They are looking for an individual who is confident, ambitious, comes across fantastically well face to face and has strong management accounts production experience. You will be at the forefront of making key decisions for your area of the business and will be accountable for analysing / preparing management accounts, overseeing cashflow, producing reports and helping to supervise a small team. You will also be enlisted with creating a real and active partnership with both Field and Management teams. Ideally, you will: • Be an ambitious and outgoing qualified Accountant through CIMA or ACA • Be a strong accountant who can analyse trends, produce management accounts and provide assistance and advice to key decisions being made • Have a track record of dealing with operation directors and site managers as well as senior figures within the accounts team • Be a hard worker who is capable of working with minimal supervision, able to think outside the box and a self-starter In return, you will: • Be joining an exciting business working differently to all others in the market with a unique business model that is moving from strength to strength • Be directly responsible for moving your business unit forward, working closely with senior Business Partners to analyse and drive performance • On a day to day basis be positioned to improve and create new working relationships • Be in a position where the sky really is the limit in terms of your progression with a variety of career paths to take within the organisation This is a great opportunity to work within an enterprising company and be at the forefront of bringing new ideas to the table, helping not only shape the future of the business but also your own.
