Job Description
Supervising Social Worker- Progress to a management role Salary up to £35,000 per annum NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the West Midlands area, in order to find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be joining a well established IFA, that is developing in this area, so there will be opportunities for progression to a Practice Manager level with them. They are well established, with several services across the UK. They have a small caseload within the Birmingham area, which means that the foster carers are very close to each other, so you will not be travelling too much. Please apply if you are a Supervising Social Worker and if you have experience in working within Independent Fostering Agencies or within a Fostering Team as part of a Local Authority.
