Job Title: Head Chef Salary: up to £50,000 Location: Central London Who will you be working for? A busy high end restaurant with a focus on modern British and European cuisine. Part of one of the most popular restaurants groups in London, they offer an exciting, luxury dining experience along with a fresh, inventive menu. What are we looking for? An experienced Head Chef who loves working with fresh, seasonal ingredients. You’ll need to be experienced with working with a variety of cuisines and have a natural, creative flair. You’ll be driven and enthusiastic, able to within a high-volume environment and have a strong handle on all areas of the kitchen to ensure the highest quality dishes leave the pass every time. Desirable Qualities: Be a Head Chef within a high-end restaurant or gastro pub environment Be passionate about food, understanding the importance of using fresh, seasonal ingredients Have excellent knowledge of health & hygiene practices in addition to all areas of kitchen management Be motivated and eager to drive the business forward, possibly pushing for accolades Be looking for a long-term, stable career within a fast growing hospitality group Does this sound like you?
