Overview
General Manager I'm looking for a dynamic, experienced restaurant General Manager to join our great team "We generating fresh ideas, providing food and experiences to encourage and inspire our customers, employees and ourselves." Our General Managers are fully responsible for the planning, organising, and coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant. It is important that the person is this role genuinely loves food and has the passion and skills to lead a team to success. The successful candidate will be able to work with autonomy in a fun, fast paced environment with our fantastic teams, with the ability to also grow their businesses. You will: - Have a strong track record as a General Manager level within the Hospitality Sector, Possess the ability to run the Restaurant with a pro-active and positive attitude, Have current full P&L accountability with experience of driving sales, stock control and working to budgets, Have strong Leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team.
