Job Title: Head Chef Salary: £40,000 Location: South West London Who will you be working for? An independent gastro-pub group with sites based South London. They pride themselves on offering high end Modern British classics and a warm and friendly welcome to their customers. The food is made fresh on site to a high standard, and as the Head Chef, you’ll have full autonomy over the menu. What are we looking for? An experienced and motivated Head Chef who wants to be part of the opening team for their brand new site in South London. You’ll need to be confident in menu writing and be passionate about using fresh, seasonal produce. A hardworking individual with a fantastic work ethic is necessary to help build a strong, successful brigade. Desirable Qualities: Have recent Head Chef experience within a fresh food led gastro pub environment Be passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating simple, yet delicious dishes Have excellent knowledge of health & hygiene practices Be confident in leading a new team, training and developing the junior chefs Be looking for a long-term stable career with a growing independent business, with the potential to become a shareholder in the future.
