The job This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to work in a busy technical department where you will have excellent opportunity to gain vast experience over multiple product categories. You will prepare and write customer and supplier product specifications, prepare products for nutritional and microbiological analysis, carry out data logged cooking validations, approve and sign off artwork labels and pack copy for retail, foodservice and trading sectors, participate in the NPD process of arranging and testing samples and preparing technical data sheets for customer presentations and site production attendance to ensure adherence to specifications. Your experience You will be educated to a degree level in a food related discipline and/or possess previous food manufacturing QA/technical experience. This role would suit an individual who is looking for their first full time food industry job with a passion for learning the overall QA/technical function. To succeed, you will enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a team approach and possess good communication skills. More details The Graduate Technical Assistant job is based in the East Anglia region and is paying £15,000 - £22,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.
