As a Graduate Business Analyst, we'll equip you with the hands-on experience, as well as giving you the time and support to study for an industry recognised accredited qualification(s) and tools to succeed. From the beginning you’ll be working on interesting and challenging deliveries alongside a community of highly capable and experienced technology professionals. As a Business Analyst you’ll learn to act as the key link between our customers and our development and support teams. Your work will include: Investigating and defining the true business problems or opportunities Working on delivering solutions that resolve the business problem, setting out impacts and risks Performing Business Analysis activities on projects and programmes – including informing business cases, working with stakeholders to define customer and system requirements and with development teams to translate these into working outcomes Developing yourself and others in the Business Analyst community In addition to gaining real hands-on experience in the role, we will support you to study for the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis. About you As a Graduate, you will: Have or be on track for a 2:1 Degree in any subject You will also need a minimum of 5 x GCSE’s or Scottish National 5’s at A-C grade (4-9) (or equivalent)?from prior?study –?this must include English and Maths Be a force for change and improvement – whether through your studies, your work experience or your outside interests, show us how you have helped make things better Be a confident communicator Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Have a love of learning and be working to continually develop yourself Have a genuine interest in technology What will you get for this role?
