Overview
My client requires a Desktop Support Engineer with only level 2 deployment experience. Working on-site for a Healthcare customer, you will be required to use their ticketing system (track-it) making sure all tickets are logged and resolved within SLA time frames. The successful Desktop Support Engineer will have clear and concise communication skills as well as a strong and reliable work ethic.
