Overview
IT Services company requires 2 Desktop Support Engineers with only level 2 support experience. Working on-site for their NHS customer, you will be required to use their ticketing system (track-it) making sure all tickets are logged and resolved within SLA time frames. There is a current back log of open tickets and it is this you be working on resolving and closing firstly. The successful Desktop Support Engineer will have clear and concise communication skills as well as a strong and reliable work ethic.
