URGENT My client requires a Desktop Support Engineer to start on Monday 16th My client is happy to speak with shortlisted candidates today (Saturday 14th March). Working on-site for a Healthcare customer, you will be required to use their ticketing system (track-it) making sure all tickets are logged and resolved within SLA time frames. The successful Desktop Support Engineer will have clear and concise communication skills as support will be required face to face and over the telephone.
