Overview

SRE London Limited seeks to recruit a Mandarin Speaking Office Management Assistant in an exciting challenging role within Asset Management at its London branch. The Applicant will provide office management role as part of business expansion strategy planning in seeking to generate business revenue in the United Kingdom. What You'll be Doing Each Day: · Acting as a team support on general administration matters to the Company · Assist preparation, expense claims, filing and other duties · Translation of documents into or from Chinese · Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation · Assist in liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders · Preparation for meetings, taking minutes and pursuing action points that arise · Willing to occasionally travel to Europe for business purpose · In addition to these duties, the employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within one’s capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the business The Skills You'll Need to Succeed: Education to degree level Fluent in both Mandarin and English Good translation and interpretation skills Experience as an Admin, HR, Finance is an advantage Experience in real estate industry preferred A good level of experience with MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other IT knowledge etc. Process oriented with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to control Ability to cope with multiple priorities and changing environment UK driving licence holder Please add wechat : stevenshi1222
